Farhan is a company director and a professional civil engineer with postgraduate degree from University of Glasgow, UK and over 15 years of diverse experience in building & construction industry. Previously, Farhan have worked with many tier-1 companies in Australia & UK as Planning Manager, Project Engineer & Contract Administrator. Our New Office...

Precise Way recently moved into a brand new Office at Suite 903, 289 King Street, Mascot, 2020 NSW. All Office design and fit-out was carried out by Precise Way's own team. We are loving the ambient theme created by classical timber battens, cozy lighting, matching furniture and joinery, and we also upgraded all our gadgets to latest tecnhnology. And the view from 9th floor overlooking Sydney Airport and Botany Bay ... just awesome. Afterall we spend more waking time in our offices than anywhere else...

Our Health, Safety & Environmental Commitment

At Precise Way, we are committed to adhere to all Health & Safety principles and practices at project sites and to provide a safe environment to all employees, subcontractors and visitors. Occupational Health & Safety is recognised as the vital component of our work activities.
We have a thorough and well documented OHS Management Plan in place, which is regularly maintained and implemented within our workplace and at client's premises. Our OHS Plan details specific risk management processes and construction methodology to mitigate any known or identified hazards. We put a meticulous effort in developing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) before comencement of any work on site, detailing all possible hazards and procedures to contain these. We always keep an upto date register for all hazardous materials, adhere to strict PPE requirements and take serious note of daily toolbox talks.
Precise Way also strives to put considerable efforts towards safety and protection of environment and sustainable development. We continue to identify and introduce innovative strategies to minimise negative exposure, while valuing contricution of all employees and contractors.

How we do it

Communication
First of all, you tell us about your vision, your dream and your requirements. We listen closely and our highly skilled team will decode that into practical and tangible steps. We work closely with home owners, commercial builders and engineers to clearly understand the scope.
Design Evaluation
Next we do more study and investigation to comprehend complexity, budget, timelines and specific requirements of each project. If design is already available, we do critical evaluation, and if its only a vision, we engage architects and engineers to draw your proposal onto paper.
Tender
After we get all information and fill in all the blanks, we submit you our cost proposal / tender. Being as a close knit company, our low overheads make it possible for us to submit competitive quotes. And furthermore, we remain open to discussion during this time to propose alternate and cost effective solutions.
Planning
Once we get go ahead, we start planning. At this stage, we do all the background work of procurement, scheduling, submitting shop drawings, reports, preparing Safe Work Method Statements, Environmental plans and all the requisite work in order for us to deliver the unparallel quality, on time and in budget.
Construction
After all planning and resource allocation, we get to work. We only purchase the best quality materials and use the highly qualified tradesmen to work on your project. All our team is very professional, skilled and reliable. We always follow site instructions, ensure safety and maintain highest quality of works.
After Sale Services
Once we deliver the project to your satisfaction, we have dedicated after sale support system to ensure highest standards of after sale services are being maintained. Firstly we strive not to have any defects, but incase if you spot any snags, we prioritize that over all work, and rectify that at earliest.
