Structural Steel Fabrication
Our purpose-built workshop produces structural steel to AS/NZS 5131 — columns, beams, trusses, purlins, portal frames, mezzanines, stairs and custom connections. Every piece is fabricated to engineer drawings, inspected, and tagged before leaving the shop.

Steel Erection & Installation
Our certified steel erectors work across high-rise framing, industrial portal frames, warehousing and civil structures. We sequence erections for maximum efficiency, minimising crane hours and programme risk. All lifts are supported by engineered lift studies and SWMS.

Industrial Welding
Structural welding in our workshop and on-site by certified, coded welders to AS/NZS 1554 structural welding code, with full weld procedure specification (WPS) documentation and NDT testing coordination available.

- Full-penetration and fillet welds to specification

Crane & Rigging Operations
Franna pick-and-carry cranes and spider cranes for steel erection, precast, heavy plant and equipment lifts. All operations managed by RIIWMG204 certified riggers with engineered lift plans for all critical picks.

Project Management

Structural Rectification
