Managing Director
Professional Civil Engineer with MSc in Engineering Management from University of Glasgow, UK and over 20 year’s experience in delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects. Founded Precise Way in 2015, and providing strategic leadership across engineering, project management and business operations.
Anique Mansab
Operations Manager
Qualified Engineer with MSc in Structural Engineering from University of Manchester UK, and over 12 years of experience in delivery of steel structures from concept to handover. Anique also has proven leadership skills and high proficiency in business operations, project planning, client liaison and engineering decision-making.
Faraz Ali Khan
Production Manager
Highly Skilled Civil Engineer with over 10 years of construction experience in structural steel industry, Faraz is playing pivotal role in project delivery and is responsible for overall production sequencing, delivery planning, resource management and attention to detail to ensure all steel fabrication is carried out precisely.
Saqib Hussain
Design Manager
Qualified Structural Engineer with MSc. In Structures and over 12 years of design experience on various infrastructure projects including Rail, Mining, Water, Airport and commercial Buildings. Saqib is leading our design and drafting team through concept stage to design development and to IFC approvals issued for fabrication.
Shahid Malik
Business Development Manager
Ex Military Officer with decades of experience in people management and proven leadership skills across all facets of Business. Shahid is not only providing valuable mentorship to whole team, but also assisting management in strategic business decisions, process refinement, operations, Innovation and overall company growth.
Ifrah Awais
Accounts Manager
An experienced Accounts Manager responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance requirements. With strong attention to detail, she manages budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and basically everything $$ related. Ifrah’s proficiency and accuracy is key driver to ensure financial stability of Precise Way.

Our Policies
Precise Way is currently in process of having a fully documented Integrated Management System which complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016, AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 and AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016. While we are awaiting our final certification audit, our internal policy documents are listed below, available for download and review.
